Here are some pics of my latest build. It is a TT500 Yamaha with some modifications; mainly FZR 600 forks, wheels, and swing arm. It has a FJ600 tank. Still having teething problems, but that is the nature of the beast. This thing is a BEAST.
Oh yeah. Here’s the Before Pic!
Today they are sort of cult bikes with a loyal following but they didn’t originally splash big enough to stick around in the US. Singles are my new thing though and I would love to find one in decent shape. It’s ironic that it has a GB500 behind it. Another bike with a similar fate.
As a recently converted thumper fan, this looks like a LOT of fun.
Thanks to Alejandro Gamboa for this sweet thumper.
Well time to start on the next million!
Thanks much to the second owner, Dennis Callnon for this beauty. Man I’d love to find an XT (same bike but street legal) in this shape. Would look great next to RZ350.
Saw this posted by “Spitfire” over on the SR500 board and couldn’t resist. Just glorious.
Noud from Holland writes in with this exquisite Cafe thumper build.
