Vintage Superbike Racebikes Invade Daytona all the way from Japan!

This was the second year I saw these guys in Daytona. They came over from Japan and this year one of them took a win in his class. When he was interviewed he exclaimed “I SO HAPPY!!” The were having a hell of a good time!

Honda CBR 250R. A rare sight in the US.

What a cool ride. I’d have loved one of these in high school and at that displacement I might have even been able to afford the insurance.

Honda 550 Four Bobber.

I’m not sure exactly what it is I like about this bike. It’s a really interesting excercise of bobber design that finds it’s own unique balance. It aaaalmost goes too far but then stops just in time.
