The French are not as arrogant as commonly believed. They care about us and are familiar with our history and our efforts on their behalf just as we should be aware of their sacrificed in our own Revolutionary War and every time we look at the Statue of LIberty. So when they hear something positive from us, it carries a deeper meaning to them. I thank you as well for that little comment.
