Not only do they use their cell phone whilst riding, they’re likely to also be eating, reading the paper AND having a chat with whoever is next to them WHILST tending the various pillions on their bike.
Vietnamese scooter/motorcycle riders, in the major cities, are truly astounding and a source of endless entertainment.
