Triumph

1996 Triumph Daytona 1200.

One of my all tome favorite bikes. On the heavy side but they pull like freight trains and make an absolutely heavenly roar!

THANK YOU THANK YOU!! 40 THOUSAND HITS AND ROLLING!

Another Milestone! I never thought this would get any real attention. I’m thrilled that folks are checking in and enjoying the blog! Thanks for checking in! I feel like Bud Ekins here pretending to be Steve McQueen pretending to be a POW in WWII escaping for the Nazi’s!….. er… or something like that.. LOL

New picture of an older Triunmp Street Tracker post.

I saw this Triumph Street tracker at Daytona again this year and couldn’t resist snapping a few more pics of it.

Just to let you know….I’ve been a fan of your blog for a while now and check it daily to see what fantastic new photos you have posted. I can’t understand why anyone interested in bikes, vintage or otherwise, could or would be at all critical. You seem to capture what these machines are…..rolling art museums and objects of mechanical passion. From one vintage biker to another…please keep up the good work…..and thanks!
Attached is my 1971 Tiger TR6R. There’s a group of a dozen or so of us that meet up on Wednesday nights and go for a burn and a pint. All vintage! No electric start allowed!

Modern Bonneville Street Tracker.

What a great build. Hit’s all the right notes. This bike has fun written all over it. It’s the kind of “Special” that you wish the factories could build (legally)..
