I wouldn’t call that lane splitting. When you bob and weave through traffic like that, traveling at much higher speeds than the rest of the vehicles, people will not notice you and things like this will happen. I’ve had other motorcycles zip by me at higher rates of speed than me after doing a shoulder check (which I always do) to change lanes, and I never saw them coming.
