The ride of a lifetime and proof that you don’t need a $20,000 specialty motorcycle to go on a real adventure.

I’m a fan of your awesome blog. Thought I’d share a few photos from my recent 16,000 mile trip through the United States. Pictured is my ’78 KZ1000 that carried too much stuff, and took more than her share of abuse. (you may notice the tach is missing) Keep up the good posts, love the variety.
Thanks For sharing these Vic! Great Stuff!
Hats off to you Vic,the spirit of Adventure is alive and well.
And yes Steve, sometimes people like Vic do more with classic rides like this than a lot of the $20k “Adv” riders.I bump into quite a few of `em on my travels.
i`m kinda biased too as I had a KZ1000 myself back in Ireland, loved it.
Another great post Steve….
This gives me hope for my future plans with my recently purchased GS1100G. Thank you for sharing.
Great Shots, I envy you.
