I have ridden with Jim and this bike flies. We were in eastern Oregon a couple of years back, a farmer drove by and said if we were looking for our buddy riding the chainsaw he was stopped up ahead. This is a very cool bike and Jim rides it well.
Fantastic machines. Wish Yamaha would produce another one.
Looks like a great bike, but how is that motard? It looks straight up adventure bike.
It’s not really a motard, but a street hooligan bike was Yamaha’s original intentions with it. The long travel suspension, 17″ wheel set, and the fact that it weighs just over 330lbs make for an almost motard formula. I’d love to have one of those thing.
