i wanted one of these so bad when i discovered them in 2000. i was about to get one (they were only 19k at the time) after deciding it would be more unique than the comparatively-priced harley night train. then honda released the vtx1800c. i got that, spent a couple grand customizing her both mechanically and physically, and still had an extra 4k i would not have had if i’d have bought the confederate or harley.
