these are common as hell in australia, especially down south (victoria) – they sell for near $5000 because of draconian displacement and power to weight laws, forcing new motorcyclists to pony up more cash for bikes that qualify. the cbr250r is (was) pretty much among the fastest bikes available legally for learners.
